Online Return Policy:
Items purchased on twhcollectibles.com can be returned to our warehouse located at 836 South 8th Street, Manitowoc, WI 54220. Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of purchase and be in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in original manufactures packaging. Please see details and possible exceptions below.

All damage and shortage claims should be made within 7 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse the order. Call TWH Customer Service at 1-920-482-3141 x106 to report damages and obtain any additional information in regards to your claim. |

A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns. |

A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 1 -2 billing cycles. Or a new product will be sent to you to replace your damaged item. |

Please use the manufacturer’s original packaging to ship your product back. |

Complete the “Returned Items” portion of your original packing slip or clearly note reason for return on the slip; include a copy inside the package; pack and tape your package securely. |

Write your purchase order number on the provided pre-paid label in the space provided. If they order on one of the ecommerce sites they receive a receipt with an order number via email. If they order via the phone, and we have the item in stock, it just gets shipped out. Does that help? |
