These models succeed the GMK5130-2/5165-2 debut, released in September of 2008. The models, which will feature an MSRP of $300US, will be available in US tonnage (5135) and metric tonnage (5110-1) classification of the standard Grove yellow paint scheme. Each version will be limited in quantity to 250 pieces.

Functions and features of the GMK include details such as expandable outriggers; steerable 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th axles; pivoting boom and lattice sections; an auxiliary winch; removable side counterweights; a pivoting operators cab; an extendable six-section boom; a pivoting jib; a rotating carbody; an accurate decal package; multi-material mirrors; replicated diamond plate decking; a detailed operator’s and driver’s cab; working safety lights and accurate hose and wire placement.
